Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from Settings. If you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change applies at your next billing cycle.

Each plan includes a number of agents in the base price (1 in Starter, 3 in Business, 8 in Professional). Beyond that, each extra agent costs €29 per month, with no cap. When you add an agent, you're charged the prorated amount for the current period.

Paying annually works out to 2 months free (-17%). It also includes two 1-hour training sessions with an expert, at no extra cost.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated automatically based on your country at checkout. If your company has a valid intra-EU VAT number, the reverse charge applies and the invoice is issued without VAT.

For your subscription we accept card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, and bank transfer. Your clients can pay you by bank transfer from Starter, and through Stripe, PayPal or Redsys from the Business plan.

Yes. Manglar generates billing records with the chained hash and AEAT QR code required by Spain's VeriFactu regulation, included in every plan at no extra cost. If you also want Manglar to submit every billing record automatically to the Spanish tax agency, you can purchase the AEAT submission add-on, an optional paid service you activate from the Add-ons tab of your subscription. Available for agencies in Spain, supporting both VAT and IGIC (Canary Islands).

AI credits are the unit consumed each time you use Manglar's smart features: generating a digital proposal with AI, creating a Before You Go guide, writing a Travel Memory, suggesting replies, completing texts and more. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (250 in Starter, 1,000 in Business, 4,000 in Professional). If you run out of credits you can keep using the whole CRM as normal — only AI actions are disabled until the next cycle. If you need more, you can upgrade at any time.

SmartHotel lets you pull up a hotel's features, location and photos instantly from just its name, ready to use in your digital proposals or the client's mobile app. Best of all: once searched, that hotel is saved in your agency's database, so the next time you need it, it doesn't consume a new search. Each plan includes a monthly allowance (100 in Starter, 400 in Business, 1,000 in Professional).
